- Geographical resilience of our core infrastructure by opening up a new PoP in Manchester
- Deployment of a Full MPLS core
- Upgrade of our backbone to multiple Gbps capability with an upgrade path to offer 10Gbps
- Deployment of 21CN based Broadband solution
- Deployment of the 21CN based Wholesale Ethernet solution
- Revamp of managed firewall solution to provide more detailed and standards based configuration, management and reporting
